Gordon Ramsay wants Chicago’s best home cooks to audition for Season 8 of “MasterChef.”
Casting directors from the Fox competition series have set casting calls 10 a.m.-6 p.m. March 19 at The Congress Plaza Hotel, 520 S. Michigan Ave.
Ramsay himself gave Chicago a shout-out in the video above.
Home cooks who think they have the skills should pre-register at the “MasterChef” casting site. That will make things easier at the open call, where they should bring a completed application and their best dish to impress the casting directors.
