The self-righteous heroes of SuperMansion will celebrate the holidays with a new half-hour animated special streaming Dec. 8.
The dysfunctional group of superheroes, The League of Freedom, still can’t agree on anything. But in “SuperMansion: War On Christmas” they must band together to save Christmas.
An interstellar imp, Mr. Skibumpers (Jim Parsons), unleashes a real-life Santa Claus (Gary Anthony Williams) who experiences an existential crisis. The team comes to understand that their differences of opinion are what the holiday spirit is all about.
Voice stars Bryan Cranston, Keegan-Michael Key, Seth Green, Jillian Bell, Dan Stevens, Heidi Gardner, Tucker Gilmore and Zeb Wells return for the episode. The late Anton Yelchin also voices a character.
Matthew Senreich and Zeb Wells created and produced “SuperMansion: War On Christmas.” Wells also serves as a writer. Green, Cranston, John Harvatine IV, Eric Towner, Tom Root, James Degus and Moon Shot Entertainment join as executive producers with production by Stoopid Buddy Stoodios.
